The problem

Their current online web application was keeping pace with demands, but only just. With their geographically diverse customers, they wanted a system that their service providers could access quickly, easily and reliably online. Something their current application was struggling with; it was creaking under the strain.

The solution

They needed Evergreen to build them a new bespoke software system to monitor job progress, quotation acceptance, job sheet creation and to download sets of data.

Contractors receive work orders from the new system directly to their mobile phone, fax machine or email. Quotations and orders are managed alongside customer and contractor details and invoices are automatically produced once the work is completed.

The new software system handles everything from quotes, progress reports and electronic sign-off within  oments of jobs finishing, to completion certificates, billing and much more - all available online or as convenient emails and texts to various mobile platforms.
