Andrew Cope, Managing Director

Andrew has 27 years' programming, 22 years' database development and 10 years' website design and development experience.

Andrew's career highlights include the following:

• Data warehousing project work with RAC where Andrew worked closely with the database architect and internal customers to develop RAC's business-enhancing 'single view of the customer' database. Successful completion of the programme was a robust working solution that, working overnight, reliably moved millions of transaction data elements into the RAC reporting warehouse.
• Data warehousing project work with Hewlett-Packard where Andrew's unique contribution involved driving the development solution and co-ordinating programming effort. The HP data warehouse collated Europe-wide data into a central database for reporting and analysis.
• IT Finance team leader with Vodafone NZ. Andrew's team provided IT solutions to Vodafone's Finance department. The role constantly challenged Andrew and his team to generate business-enhancing ideas and solutions for billing, reporting and debt collection functions.

Based on years of contract programming, data warehousing and online database projects, Andrew brings a wealth of experience to the company.

Edward Kerr, Project Manager

Edward read Computer Science at Loughborough University and brings several years' programming and web development experience to the team. An excellent communicator and strong team player at all levels, he gained much of his considerable PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and Javascript expertise delighting clients in the cut-throat freelance world.

When he isn't voraciously enhancing his coding skills and pushing web development boundaries, Edward enjoys playing rugby, swimming, singing in a swing band and restoring a classic Triumph Spitfire.

Paul Wilkins, Project Manager

More than 25 years in programming, database design, web development and project management underpin Paul's contribution to the team. His depth of coding and management knowledge complements a breadth of employed and self-employed experience – Paul's CV includes work for the Ministry of Defence, Honda (in the UK, Japan and Turkey), Somerfield and Eagle Star.

It's experience that, matched to HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL skills, and extensive project management ability, perfectly equips Paul to liaise with our clients. After hours, Paul enjoys winemaking and motorcycling.

Henry Lockett, Senior Developer

Solid electronic engineering, computer and software design expertise meet graphics skills and unbounded creativity. Henry joined us in 2009 after five years in graphics, website design, 3D visualisation and database development in housebuilding, aerospace, social networking and the public sector.

As a consummate web design all-rounder, fluent in HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, 3D Studio Max, and more, Henry is passionate about delivering technical precision and imaginative, user-friendly aesthetics. Outside work, his interests include skiing, travelling and mountain biking.

Liane Cope, Administration Manager

Liane's admin experience covers accounts, payroll, HR, credit control, team leadership and marketing – gained mainly in high street banking and medical sales in the UK and New Zealand. Excellent customer-service skills, attention to detail and management flair are the keys to her successful behind-the-scenes work.

And when she isn't looking after customers and the team, Liane (an accomplished mountaineer with a Matterhorn ascent to her credit) enjoys spending time with the family, caving, running and playing tennis.
