How much does bespoke business software cost in the UK?

The short answer is that it depends. We quote each project individually based on specific business logic, data structures, and features, costs scale relative to complexity. For general guidance:

Up to £100k: Core full-scale business applications like a custom CRM or a complex web app with multiple integrations.

Will I get support after my software goes live?

Can you provide support for my existing system even if you did not build it?

Our current software doesn’t do want we need it to – how can you help?

Will we own the software or will we need to keeping paying for a licence?

All our bespoke software systems are licence free. We use open-source tools to create and run your systems so there are no underlying licence fees to pay, plus we hand over the IP of the system to you, so that your business fully owns it.

Do you run a ticketed option for support?

We assign a dedicated project manager to each client. Each project manager is an experienced developer and you will provided with a direct contact number and email address. You will have access to technical expertise when you need it.

Do we have to build the system all in one go, or can we phase it to agreed budgets and timelines?
