Our Team
Andrew Cope
Director
As the founder and director Andrew has assembled a team of like-minded professionals that love to solve customer problems.
Andrew has over 30 years’ programming and database development and 20 years’ web development experience.
Highlights of Andrew’s career, prior to Evergreen, include developing RAC’s business-enhancing ‘single view of the customer’ database, and working with Hewlett-Packard on a European-wide data warehouse for reporting and analysis.
Andy Pegg
Managing Director
Andy is the Managing Director, team leader and head project manager at Evergreen.
He celebrated 10 years with Evergreen in 2026, and his experience and knowledge of web-based database systems is second-to-none.
After being awarded a degree in computing from Plymouth University Andy gained a wealth of knowledge through first-hand experience in the IT sector.
Outside of work Andy is a keen cricketer.
Liane Cope
Director
Liane’s experience covers accounts, payroll, HR, credit control, team leadership and marketing -gained mainly in high street banking and medical sales in the UK and New Zealand. Excellent customer-service skills, attention to detail and management flair are the keys to her successful behind-the-scenes work.
And when she isn’t looking after customers and the team, Liane (an accomplished mountaineer with a Matterhorn ascent to her credit) enjoys spending time with the family, skiing, cycling and walking.
Josh Shobrook
Project Manager
Josh has extensive experience with many complex systems and takes the lead on new customer projects, utilising his extensive technical programming, database and mobile app development skills.
He joined the Evergreen team as a Web Developer in 2016 after studying Applied Computing at UWE Bristol, and has celebrated 10 years with the company in 2026!
Josh supports Manchester United and is a keen footballer. When he needs a break from football he enjoys playing squash.
David Adams
Systems Developer
David is an experienced web developer with a deep-seated enthusiasm for continually expanding his coding expertise, making him an invaluable member of the Evergreen team.
With a University Degree under his belt, David has been to crafting tailor-made web systems that meet the unique needs of our clients for the last 3 years.
Beyond his dedication to web development, David’s personal interests include a love for football, films and walking his dogs.
Matt Hickling
Systems Developer
Matt is a multi-talented individual with a passion for both the creative and technical realms.
With a successful completion of a comprehensive software engineering course, Matt has honed his skills in the world of technology, and has now celebrated 3 years with the company.
Matt boasts an impressive 12-year journey as a company director for an interior design and build outfit.
Over the years, he has overseen lots of refurbishment projects, delivering them on budget and on time, showcasing his leadership and project management capabilities.
Matt enjoys walking, paddle boarding; running and playing golf at different courses around the southwest.
