The DRFU (Devon Rugby Football Union) is the governing body for Rugby Union in Devon. Volunteer 
Maureen Jackson contacted Evergreen after a recommendation from Gloucester Rugby Football Union.
DRFU needed a website which allowed them to manage and update information about its member clubs, making changes to any scheduled fixtures in real time.
Evergreen built a website which contained the following features:
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to allow DRFU to easily manage club data, making updates when required.
- CMS (Content Management System) to allow website content to be maintained effectively.
- A portal to allow clubs to update their own pages, greatly increasing the efficiency of the website and ensuring information is always up to date.
