Click to visit the Leader Values websiteWhen leadership guru Mick Yates needed a major update of his world-class Leader Values website, he appointed Evergreen to combine an online-sourced design with a complete database and content management system overhaul – and enhanced socialisation of a nearly-2000-page site that attracts devotees from around the world.

The size and complexity of the project were enormous. Following a careful interpretation of the brief, Evergreen embarked on the 18-month process that would ultimately deliver the transformed site that Yates envisioned. Code that had evolved haphazardly since the 1990s was given new robustness, integrated with a time-saving content management system and used to power new levels of integration with the Disqus comment platform, Twitter and other social elements that complemented the site’s 600-odd articles and hundreds of leadership quotes.

In May 2012 the new site went live, to the delight of Mick Yates and his global audience. ‘I like it’, he says, ‘It’s very functional, very fast, up to date and robustly coded. My site visitors are thrilled to bits and the amount of social interaction has already increased markedly.
