ANDREW COPE, Managing Director
Andrew has over 30 years' programming and database development and 15 years' website design and development experience.
Highlights include working closely with internal customers to develop RAC's business-enhancing 'single view of the customer' database. Successful completion of the programme was a robust working solution that, working overnight, reliably moved millions of transaction data elements into the RAC reporting data warehouse. Andrew also worked with Hewlett-Packard on a European-wide data warehouse for reporting and analysis where Andrew's unique contribution involved driving the development solution and co-ordinating programming effort.
Andrew was also an IT Finance team leader with Vodafone NZ. His team provided IT solutions to Vodafone's Finance department. The role constantly challenged Andrew to generate business-enhancing ideas and solutions for billing, reporting and debt collection functions.
ANDY PEGG, I.T. Director
Andy is the I.T. Director and project manager at Evergreen. After being awarded a degree in computing from Plymouth University Andy gained a wealth of knowledge through first-hand experience in the IT sector.
Andy likes the atmosphere and friendliness at Evergreen, and welcomes the opportunity to show off his skills. Outside of work Andy is a keen cricketer.
CHRIS ROLLIN, Project Manager
Chris joined Evergreen with a background in computer and network security and IT problem solving, having obtained a First Class Honours Degree in Computer Security.
Chris' skills, experience and problem solving ability are a perfect fit for his role of Systems Developer within the close knit team. Chris enjoys a challenge and his varied role means that he gets involved in complex projects ranging from responsive web design to business management systems.
When he's not working Chris enjoys a range of activities from personal computing projects to gaming in his favourites genres; survival, horror and adventure. As well as making a commitment to lowering his personal environmental impact Chris also enjoys baking and his culinary skills are very much appreciated by his colleagues at Evergreen.
JOSH SHOBBROOK, System Developer
Josh joined the Evergreen team as a Junior Web Developer after studying Applied Computing at UWE Bristol.
Josh specialises in PHP, HTML and CSS and intends to continue developing his skills at Evergreen.
Josh supports Manchester United and is a keen footballer. When he needs a break from football he enjoys playing squash.
MARTIN BAMPTON, System Developer
Martin has years of experience in his field. After studying Computer Science at Keele University and working in a few similar roles Martin decided Evergreen was “a step up”.
Martin’s biggest strength is his persistence – during his uni days Martin would often find himself working in the lab during the early hours of the morning. Martin’s reluctance to give up serves him well at Evergreen, where he doesn’t quit until he’s found a solution.
Outside of work Martin is a video game enthusiast and member of the Bristol Video Game Society. He also programs software for various community groups he’s involved with.
LIANE COPE, Administration Manager
Liane's admin experience covers accounts, payroll, HR, credit control, team leadership and marketing -gained mainly in high street banking and medical sales in the UK and New Zealand. Excellent customer-service skills, attention to detail and management flair are the keys to her successful behind-the-scenes work.
And when she isn't looking after customers and the team, Liane (an accomplished mountaineer with a Matterhorn ascent to her credit) enjoys spending time with the family, caving, running and playing tennis.
