The CRM system was perfect for their external partner’s requirements but not for Nest, the saying ‘what is good for the Goose, is good for the Gander', really did not apply in this instance.
The CRM interface had many functions which they did not require which made the recording of client data and lead tracking a laborious task, an important part of the daily role as a Nest internal partner and staff member, but a task which would be completed with a heavy heart!
Evergreen took a long hard look at the current CRM system, stripped it back to basics and looked at it ‘through the eyes of Nest.’
The result is a stand alone CRM system that is fit for purpose for Nest, with simple to use interfaces and the exact amount of functionality required to gather and collate customer data and track lead progression.
