Custom CRM providing 50-75% time saving
Somerset based Nest Insurance provide a range of property insurance solutions that seamlessly run alongside a clients mortgage and protection business.
A large proportion of incoming business for Nest is telephone related leads. As a new business working alongside an external partner, they inherited their CRM system in order to collect and harvest the lead data, wherein lies the issue…
The CRM system was perfect for their external partner’s requirements but not for Nest, the saying ‘what is good for the Goose, is good for the Gander', really did not apply in this instance.
The CRM interface had many functions which they did not require which made the recording of client data and lead tracking a laborious task, an important part of the daily role as a Nest internal partner and staff member, but a task which would be completed with a heavy heart!
Evergreen took a long hard look at the current CRM system, stripped it back to basics and looked at it ‘through the eyes of Nest.’
The result is a stand alone CRM system that is fit for purpose for Nest, with simple to use interfaces and the exact amount of functionality required to gather and collate customer data and track lead progression.
According to Edward Jackson, Managing Director of Nest, ‘every function of the CRM system is used, it is user friendly and a far better experience for our internal partners and staff.’
This has resulted in a 50-75% reduction in time spent completing tasks on the new CRM, time which can be spent elsewhere growing the business.
For Edward, a few things stood out for him with regards to the Evergreen experience. ‘They thought outside the box, they were proactive in spending time with us, getting to know Nest and the business beforehand, making recommendations and always open to our suggestions and feedback once the project was underway.
'Evergreen's can-do attitude ensured the project met all our requirements and was delivered in a timely manner'
'I didn't realise how much of an impact the system was going to have on our work. Without the system we would have had to hire 2 more people just to manage what we're doing now.'
