Outsource Safety is a company that specialises in providing health and safety consultancy services to businesses across the UK. Their primary focus is assisting companies in managing their health and safety obligations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Roger Hart of Outsource Safety asked Evergreen to create a simple CRM system to manage their customer records and the myriad of projects that their consultants were managing. Their clients require regular onsite safety visits and managing the reminder dates and reports was taking more time than they wanted.
What did we do for them?
Roger said "We started searching the market for an off the shelf solution which could fit with our requirements like Zoho CRM, Monday and even Workflow Max, Some of these showed potential but nothing really fitted our needs which was frustrating. It took a few weeks for one of our Directors to have a moment of clarity.

Customers on a subscription model were a real headache for all these other systems but Evergreen could create a system which did exactly what we needed.
